Street photography in Croatia with slow shutter speed.

In the heart of Croatia, I found myself drawn to a shop window filled with striking posters — bold, expressive faces staring out onto the street. I set up nearby and waited. Using a slow shutter speed, I captured passersby as they moved through the frame, their blurred forms merging with the still, sharp imagery behind the glass.

Converted to monochrome, these images became more than just photographs — they turned into fleeting connections between people and place, the real and the represented. The motion softened the line between observer and observed, creating moments that feel both anonymous and intimate.

This project is about stillness meeting movement, and about the beauty of watching life unfold — one blurred step at a time.
